Local Access Pass & Parking Permits
Application Form
We are looking forward to Cooly Rocks On 2024, running from the 4 - 8 June! To assist local business and residents whilst the road closures are in place, we will be issuing access passes and parking permits:
PARKING PERMIT
– For residents/businesses who cannot access normal parking inside the ‘red’ closed roads. It grants parking at Chalk Street Car Park via Warner St. Note: regardless of being granted a pass, spaces are very limited & first come first served on the day.
ACCESS PASS
– Optional, for residents/businesses normally parking within ‘blue’ local access roads. Note: The Strand Car Park remains open to general public, so Access Passes are NOT compulsory. It simply enables the Warner St Traffic Controller to grant smoother access for you (via the ‘Entry’ arrow location on the map.)
Passes are applicable at the following times during the Festival:
Start: Friday 6 June 10:00pm Finish: Sunday 8 June 11:59pm
Remember, roads reopen overnight between midnight and 5:30am and so no passes or permits are required during this period!
