MARKET VENDOR APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in being involved as a Market Vendor at Groundwater Country Music Festival 2025.

We are looking for stalls that celebrate and compliment the country lifestyle, so please ensure you include any of your country characteristics in your application. ONLY applications that can demonstrate how their stall/products celebrate and complement the country lifestyle will be considered for inclusion within the festival.

The festival team review each and every application and make selections based on criteria that encompasses not only the country characteristics, but additional operational and festival needs. Due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are therefore not able to accommodate every application that demonstrates a country connection to the festival. 

APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: Friday 1st August 2025

All applicants will be emailed by 29th August 2025 notifying if they were successful or unsuccessful in the application process.

All electrical equipment MUST be tested and tagged before arriving to site, any equipment that doesn't have a valid test and tag attached WILL NOT be able to be used on site.

All fire extinguishers MUST be serviced before arriving to site, any fire extinguishers that don't have an in date service tag WILL NOT be able to be used on site. 

Site fees:

Site fees start from $735 (inc GST) per 3m x 3m for Pre Erect Sites (Each pre-erected marquee will come with 4 walls, one (1) general power point and one (1) light). If you have a unique country themed setup e.g. converted horse float or walk-in trailer, please include as much detail and photos as possible to assist in reviewing your application. Please note NO BYO MARQUEES will be permitted for use onsite.

Terms & Conditions and Site Rules:

We ask that you please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions and Site Rules before commencing your application. You should also consider whether your stall or product aligns with one of the above-mentioned pillars prior to applying. Successful applicants will be invoiced within 2 weeks of the application closing date. Invoices will need to be paid in full by the due date to guarantee acceptance as a market vendor at Groundwater Country Music Festival 2025.
