
FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION FORM
Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at Groundwater Country Music Festival 2025.
Groundwater Country Music Festival is one of Australia's largest country music festivals and a signature event on the Queensland Event Calendar. The Festival is held in the beachside destination of Broadbeach, Gold Coast, from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 October 2025.
Please be advised this application form does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. As the festival has limited locations available for stallholders, we require food vendor applicants that celebrate or compliment the country lifestyle.
APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: Friday 8th August 2025
All electrical equipment MUST be tested and tagged before arriving to site, any equipment that doesn't have a valid test and tag attached WILL NOT be able to be used on site.
All fire extinguishers MUST be serviced before arriving to site, any fire extinguishers that don't have an in date service tag WILL NOT be able to be used on site.
Site fees:
$95 per square metre, power can be provided at an additional cost determined by your requested requirements (Minimum power connection fee of $110). We recommend utilising your own generator for large power requirements as power supplies are limited within the festival precinct and may not be able to be facilitated by the festival.
Total site square meterage is inclusive of truck/trailer size as well as any marquees, cold rooms, and any other infrastructure you may wish to utilise, please ensure you measure your food truck/stall to the nearest centimetre. Please do not provide measurements in feet or inches. You will have other vendors, fencing or other infrastructure immediately beside and behind you so it is imperative that you provide accurate dimensions otherwise you may not be able to fit on site and therefore will be unable to trade.
All requirements must be finalised before payment of invoice, please consider your setup and it's requirements for 3 days of trade at time of submitting this application.
Trading Hours:
When submitting your application, please consider the proposed trading hours being 12pm to 10pm and are subject to change. Please note some Food Vendors will be selected to operate within the licenced areas and the proposed trading hours will vary to those outside of licenced areas. If selected for a licenced site, the successful applicant MUST trade in line with the bar operating hours (proposed hours being 11am to 10pm and are subject to change).
Final operating hours will be confirmed when successful applicants are notified.
Terms & Conditions and Site Rules:
We ask that you please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions and Site Rules before commencing your application. Successful applicants will be invoiced within 2 weeks of the application closing date. Invoices will need to be paid in full by the due date to guarantee acceptance as a food vendor at Groundwater Country Music Festival 2025.
